No guarantees

We try to be accurate, but we give no guarantee that the information is complete, current or right for your needs. Vendors change plans, features and terms without telling us, so details on a vendor page may differ from what we recorded. Each record shows the date we last read its source. We make no claims about results, income or savings from any tool, and nothing on the site should be read as one.

The strip at the bottom of each page may hold sponsored slots. Every sponsored slot is labeled "Sponsored" and its link is marked as sponsored. Sponsors cannot pay to be ranked, scored or listed differently. See how sponsoring works.

Aggregated tool data

The tool and use case records are aggregated by us from public vendor pages, public case studies and public articles. We summarise them in our own words and link to the page we read. The records are about products and companies. They are not built from any visitor's data. Because they come from public pages, they are only as accurate as those pages were on the day we read them.

RSS feed and vendor page logs

When a feed reader or browser asks for our RSS feed or any page, our hosting provider keeps a standard request log. When you click a link to a vendor's page, that vendor's own server logs the visit and may learn that you came from this site. We do not control vendor logs. Their privacy policies apply once you leave our site. Details are in our privacy policy.

Affiliate attribution

There is no affiliate attribution today: our links to vendors are plain links. If we add affiliate links, they will carry an identifier that lets the vendor credit us for a visit or sign-up. We will label those links, and describe what is shared in the privacy policy before they go live.

Our content and your use

The text, layout and organisation of the site belong to Prospecly Software Solutions Inc. unless stated otherwise. Vendor names, logos and product pages belong to their owners. You may read the site, share links to it and quote short extracts with credit. Please do not copy the directory in bulk or present it as your own.

We link to vendor and source sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Limitation of liability
