This is a static website. It has no accounts, no analytics and no ad trackers, and it does not collect your email address today. This page says what the site does now, in plain English.

What we collect today
- We do not run analytics. No page-view counters, session recorders, heatmaps or fingerprinting scripts are loaded.
- We do not run ad trackers. No advertising or retargeting pixels are loaded.
- We do not collect your email address. The site has no sign-up, newsletter or lead form yet.
- Email you send us. If you write to support@prospecly.com or hello@scalestacktech.co, we receive your address and message, and we use them only to reply and keep a record of the conversation.
- Hosting logs. The site is served by a hosting provider. Like any web server, it keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, the page asked for, browser type and time). We do not add anything to those logs and we do not use them to build profiles.
Cookies and browser storage
We set no cookies. The site uses your browser's own storage in three small ways, all of them kept on your device:

None of these is sent to us. They are read only by the page in your browser. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
Honest note about the choice buttons: because no analytics or marketing scripts exist on this site today, Accept All and Reject Non-Essential do not switch anything on or off. The choice is recorded so that any script we add later has to check it first.
Links to other sites
- Tool names link to the vendor's own pages. When you click one, the vendor's site sees your visit under its own privacy policy, and your browser may tell it you came from this site.
- Sponsored slots in the strip at the bottom of each page are labeled "Sponsored" and their links are marked
rel="sponsored". No sponsors are placed today. - Some links may become affiliate links later. We will label them, mark them
rel="sponsored", and update this page. There are none today. - Search and the command palette run in your browser against files served from this site. They make no requests to other sites.
Where tool data comes from
Tool and use case records are aggregated by us from public vendor pages and public articles. They describe companies and products, not visitors. See the methodology and the "Data and sources" section of our terms.
RSS feed
Our RSS feed is a plain file. When your feed reader fetches it, our hosting provider logs the request like any other page request. We do not add identifiers to the feed.
Newsletter and lead forms
We may add a newsletter or contact form in the future. They are not live, and we are not collecting emails through the site today. Before we launch one, we will update this page to say what we collect, why, who processes it and how to leave.
California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you live in California, you have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose;
- ask us to delete personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate personal information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; and
- not be treated worse for using these rights.
We do not sell or share personal information today. Because we run no analytics or advertising scripts, we have nothing to opt you out of. If that changes, we will say so here and offer a clear opt-out first. To make a request, email support@prospecly.com. We may need to confirm it is you before acting.
Rights for visitors in the EU, EEA and UK (GDPR)
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you can ask us for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can also object to or ask us to limit how we use it, withdraw consent you gave, and complain to your local data protection authority.
The only personal data we hold today is what you choose to email us. We use it to answer you (legitimate interest in replying to your message). Prospecly Software Solutions Inc. is based in the United States, so your message is processed there. Any data transfer terms will be confirmed by counsel.
Children
The site is meant for business readers and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this page
We will change the "Last updated" date above whenever this page changes. This draft is pending legal review, so the wording may be tightened.
